The Eudora City Council voted 4-1 Monday to direct city staff to begin a recruitment process to fill a vacancy left by former Fire Chief Spencer Mc Cabe.


January 2, 1958, 56 years ago

The Bellview 4-H met at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Weeks Friday night with 13 members, 5 guest, and 4 adult leaders. They had a program and gift exchange and sang Christmas cards.


December 30, 1926, 87 years ago

Dr. Goheen had his dental office fixtures moved to Lawrence last week.
