Car as a weapon

A hearing is scheduled to take place this afternoon in Douglas County District Court for Bradley Goff, 46 of Eudora.

Goff was arrested Monday evening on charges of aggravated assault and reckless driving after he allegedly used his vehicle as a weapon against a 21 year old male in the 1100 block of Main Street according to Eudora Police Spokesman Sgt. Tom Willis.

This is the second alleged altercation for Goff, as he currently faces charges in Douglas County District Court for a similar incident that occurred in the 1000 block of Chery Street on January 8. That incident involved a 55 year old male Eudora resident.

While the incident allegedly involves Goff in both situations, the victims were unrelated according to Willis.
