The EHS All-Night Prom committee is looking for assistance from the public to help fund the annual All-Night Prom event. This is an after-prom program that has taken place in Eudora for more than 20 years. Parent volunteers put on the event for EHS students, in an effort to keep them safe and off the streets after the school’s prom. Parents host a lock-in from 1 a.m. to approximately 6 a.m. and keep the students entertained with games, food and prizes during that time.
Again this year, the All Night Prom Committee is selling chances to win a half of beef (Angus), donated this year by Gabriel Farms of Eudora. Tickets for this will be on sale until the end of May with the winner being drawn of May 31. The winner will receive their prize in late July after the processing is completed by Steve’s Meat Market in De Soto. Steve’s is also donating their services to this event. To purchase tickets, please contact Theresa Abel at Eudora High School 785-542-4986 or e-mail her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Also this year, a full-size quilt (84″x84″) is also available through silent auction. The current bid (at post time) is $85. Bids will be taken through April 13, with the quilt going to the highest bidder.
E-mail email@example.com with a quilt bid (in $5 increments, please) and a contact phone number, to get added to the quilt list.
Tickets are $5 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20. Checks can be made payable to: EHS All-Night Prom. To purchase tickets, please contact Theresa Abel at Eudora High School 785-542-4986 or e-mail her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
