The Eudora School District and Adidas have entered into an agreement to help provide students and sports staff with equipment, accessories and footwear.

Eudora High students with a valid school I.D. will be able to go to Francis Sporting Goods in Lawrence and purchase Adidas apparel and accessories at 40% off retail price. Students will also be able to purchase Adidas footwear at 35% off retail.

This deal will start once the District’s Athletic Department and Francis Sporting Goods finalize all the paperwork.  The contract will run through June, 2013.

The School District will also receive over $11,000 in Adidas promotional product during the length of this contract. The school will also be given Adidas banners to hang at the High School stadium, fields, and facilities.

“This contract doesn’t mean that all our have to wear Adidas shoes or that we have to buy all new uniforms because some of them aren’t Adidas” Eudora High School Athletic Director Cara Kimberlin stated.  “Just that if we order coaches shirts, sweats, uniforms, or something that Adidas makes, we will order it from Adidas.”

Similar contracts have been created with surrounding school districts including Lawrence High, Free State High and Perry-Lecompton High School.
